- Chicken skewer with coconut, lime and chili
- Chili beef with tomato
- Cured meats, such as Ventericina salami and Era cured ham
- 2 types of cheese, such as smoked goat cheese from Åland farm, and White Kjerringøy from Kjerringøy farm
- Skagen-salad with seaweed- and seatruffle oil
- Salmon fillet with baked peppers and red onions
- Tomato and olive bread
- Arugula Pesto
- Aiolipotet with spinach
- Artichoke salad with melon and sun-ripened tomatoes
- Homemade lamb meatballs in salsa sauce
- Lentil salad with chorizo and tomato
If you have any special requests, we are of course open to changing the composition of the menu.
If you order later than 5 days before, then we may have to change some of the dishes due to order deadlines on the raw materials. Of course we contact you if this becomes necessary.
Minimum order is for 15 people.
